With over 20 years of experience as a video editor and a post-production specialist, I have honed my expertise in creating engaging, high-quality content across a wide range of short and long-form media. When I’m wearing my editor hat, I feel I’m the most creative and I fully understand the importance of storytelling through the moving image, especially in capturing and maintaining audience engagement. As an editor I take pride in ensuring every cut, transition, and visual effect serves the narrative’s purpose. 

My background is in unscripted television and film production. Some career highlights include editing two feature length action sports documentaries, one about the history of snowboarding and the other about the science behind wingsuit flying. I was an editor on four unscripted broadcast television shows. I’m also a credited post-production supervisor who has managed the entire post-production and deliverable process of tv specials, programs, documentaries and feature films to networks and distribution companies like HBO, IFC, Viacom, NBC Universal and PBS. 

Just recently I finished the offline edit for a made for giant screen documentary titled, Wingsuit Flyers: The Science of Flight and as well as a spin-off 4 part television series of the same title. Shot in stereo 6K and 8K, the 38 minute film will premier on The Smithsonian Institute’s Airbus IMAX Theater in 2025. 

When I’m not working on films or documentaries, I love taking on short-form editing projects to help keep my creative mindset busy. I cut promos, trailers, teasers, reels and spots, corporate events, how to’s, explainers and training videos. I’m fluent in broadcast standards, and upload specifications for most social media platforms. My tools of the trade are DaVinci Resolve Studio and Avid Media Composer.    

And finally other media services I regularly provide are videography, graphic design and website design.  I do pick up the camera quite often to shoot an interview, events or b-roll. I own a Panasonic Lumix S5 and sound recording gear. I also enjoy designing and building WordPress websites using page editors like Elementor Pro to create beautiful responsive webpages and e-commerce shops. I also dabble in creating visual presentations for my producer/director and business minded clients. I’ve designed several decks, animated and static for business plans, campaigns, films, documentaries, and more.
